1. Pendants

a. All pendants come on a card detailing the properties of the cut and the stone.
b. All pendants come on an 18” Sterling Silver box chain.

2. Reorders have no minimum requirement.

3. Returns – All TJF merchandise is covered by a quality and manufacturing guarantee. If you receive a pendant with a quality or manufacturing defect, we will happily replace that item at no charge.

4. Exchanges – TJF encourages exchange of merchandise that is not selling. TJF allows a customer to return merchandise for exchange on a new order. Up to 20% of the value of the new order can be used for exchange.

5. Shipping – TJF uses USPS for most shipping needs. If a customer can not receive an order at a physical location, that customer should contact TJF for alternatives.

6. Drop Shipping – TJF is happy to ship your order to any shipping address accessible to USPS. Call TJF for more details.

7. “Where to Buy” Listing – TJF chooses to list select customers on its website’s “Where to Buy” page. Listings are determined on an annual basis, and are based on:

a. Selection of merchandise available to retail customers
b. Sales Volume
c. Account Status

While listings are determined on an annual basis, additions and removals to the page can occur at any time.

8. Overstock Merchandise – At select trade shows, TJF will offer overstocked merchandise at a discount over the wholesale price. All overstock sale items are marked, and may not be returned or exchanged.
